I’m a big fan of Leo’s, always love reading about his latest adventures.

An engaging read, at times funny, at times sad, sometimes raunchy but extremely touching. An honest look into the lives of this wonderful Jack Russell and his Mooks (owners or slaves depending on who you ask !)as well as on life in general.

    Can’t wait to read more

The vulgarity is not for the faint of heart but you’re bound to laugh…a lot and there are even a couple of places in the dog’s journal where you might cry. It’s an interesting idea – having a mean, right-wing dog living with two gay men – and I expected something more grating but the odd thing is you start to like all these characters. Though it is episodic – telling day to day details of this dog’s life, it also has some interesting story-lines which carry through and keep you reading it like it was a novel instead of a series of blog posts. I was charmed and am really looking forward to reading about Leo the Jack Russell Terrier’s second year with the Mooks, as he calls them. I had fun!!

I’ve been following Leo and his roomates for quite some time and I intend to keep with it! Absolutely wonderful to read as this snarkiest of dogs’ accounts of everyday life will make you laugh out loud (avoid drinking beverages while reading for you may be caught off guard). However, do not be fooled as he has a lot of heart even though it’s tough for him to admit it. Can’t help but love this outrageous mutt!

This novel is a must for those who still think that dogs are just dogs.

Lecture obligatoire pour ceux et celles qui croient encore que les chiens ne sont que des chiens.
